Your day-to-day will never look the same as you:
Create relationships with local farmers to acquire knowledge on their chemical and fertilizer needs
Manage your time in the field by operating a sprayer/airflow machine while loading and applying products safely, accurately and efficiently.
Receive hands on experience and technical skills by handling many types of machinery and routine equipment maintenance.
Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products
Work hands on by performing scheduled maintenance and repairs.

ResponsibilitiesCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
